THE ROLE OF NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK

NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK are acting solely as Booking Agents.  All information supplied for the holiday accommodation advertised on our web site are supplied by the individual accommodation owners/managers and are believed accurate.  NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK therefore do not accept any liability for the maintenance and condition or for any problems that occur while guests occupy the accommodation of their choice.  NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK also do not accept any liability for misrepresentation of accommodation information supplied on our web site.  Any problems or refunds must be dealt by the client with the accommodation owner/manager immediately.  NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK will act as mediators in any disputes arising between the client and the accommodation owner/manager to try to bring the matter to a satisfactory conclusion for both parties.

As Booking Agents, NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK do not accept any liability for property loss or damage, nor any liability for injury, accident, death, delay or irregularity.

If, for any reason, NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK or the accommodation owners/managers are forced to cancel your holiday, including force majeure, best efforts will be made to offer another property of equivalent standard.

NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK and the accommodation owners/managers do not accept any liability for circumstances beyond our control (force majeure) i.e. war, threat of war, civil strife, natural or nuclear disaster, industrial dispute, terrorist activity, fire, adverse weather conditions, unforeseen local building/road works, unavoidable technical problems with transport etc.

Website Accuracy/Disclaimer of Liability

Every effort is made to provide accurate and complete information. However, we cannot guarantee that there will be no errors. If accommodation is booked direct with the owners/managers then all booking information must be confirmed with the owners/managers of the booked accommodation. NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK do not accept any liability for incorrect bookings.

ADVERTISERS INFORMATION

It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information provided is accurate, legal and decent and complies with English law.

It is the advertisers responsibility to ensure that the information they supply does not breach any copyright or trade mark. northwalesattractions.co.uk will not be held responsible for any such breaches.

northwalesattractions.co.uk reserves the right to modify or amend any property advertisements not adhering to these terms.

northwalesattractions.co.uk will do everything in its power to secure a booking for the client and northwalesattractions.co.uk will pass details to the owners/managers in good faith. The 'Accommodation Additions' box found when entering the accommodation charges for the enquiry/booking must only be used to give more precise details or an explanation concerning the enquiry/booking. This should not be used to add direct contact details. northwalesattractions.co.uk reserve the right to remove these details if added. On completion of the enquiry/booking complete accommodation details will be forwarded to the client.

By advertising your accommodation on northwalesattractions.co.uk you are agreeing to the terms and conditions herein.

Payments

Payment methods and amounts will vary with each individual accommodation.  NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK will collect all payments from clients on behalf of the accommodation owners/managers.  Once NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK has received the full payment, we shall confirm the booking with the client. As Booking Agents, the responsibility of NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK will cease at this point in relation to the booking that has been made. All cheques for NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK should be made payable to MDIS Internet Ltd who are the owners and operators of NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK.

On receipt the money will be immediately transferred to the owner/manager of the accommodation reserved, minus the advertising fee, normally 12.5% or an amount agreed with the accommodation owner/manager, of the reservation charge upto a ceiling amount of £200 plus VAT for all reservations in a 12 month period. The advertising fee will be 0% on all reservations after reaching the ceiling amount of £200 plus VAT for the annual period September to August in any given year.

Free listing enquiries will have a charge of 12.5% commission on all completed bookings, unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation Charges

We strongly recommend that the appropriate travel/holiday insurance is taken out at the same time that a booking is made.
Cancellation charges of bookings, after the final balance has been paid to the accommodation owner/manager, will be at the discretion of the accommodation owner/manager. As Booking Agents, NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK do not accept liability in relation to any booking made, after the payment has been received by the owners/managers of the accommodation and the confirmation of booking has been sent to the client.

You may give NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK personal information using the Internet. NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK may use this information to contact you, by e-mail or other methods. This information may be used, for example, to inform you of special promotions, price offers etc. NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK respects your right of privacy. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this information used we will respect your wishes. In addition, should you have any queries regarding the capture, storage and use of personal information by NORTHWALESATTRACTIONS.CO.UK please e-mail us.
