Whatever type of beach you prefer there is an ideal place for you along our long and varied coastline. Whether you are looking for sun and sand for a leisurely picnic, a refreshing swim, fun with the family or a bracing walk look no further. There are many varieties of beaches from intimate coves at Porth Swtan and Moelfre or the long sandy beaches of Llanddwyn and Red Wharf Bay to name just a few. As well as the safe family beaches, a short distance along the coast can be found historic relics like the impressive Stone Age burial chamber, Barclodiad y Gawres, or you could even discover a church in the sea at Porth Cwyfan.

Anglesey is just one of many beautiful locations in North Wales which consists of many towns and villages amongst mountain ranges like Snowdonia, in
counties Anglesey, Gwynedd, Conwy, Denbighshire, Flintshire and Wrexham.
